Do you ship to my country?

For orders we ship to people over the world.

 

Can you ship to a PO Box box?

No, we don’t ship to PO Box addresses.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

No because we send our products out quickly, so your order may be on its way to you.

 

If I place an order today, when will I get it?

We’ll email you confirmation soon after you place your order. We process orders within two business days, and you should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

 

When will you ship my pre-order item?

We’ll ship your order as soon as it’s available. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you’ll know when it’s on its way. We won’t charge your credit card until we ship your order.

 

Can you gift wrap my order?

No, we don’t offer gift-wrapping.

 

How do I cancel my order?

We send these out quickly, so it’s not always possible to cancel your order as it may be on its way to you. If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible, and include your order number. If we can’t cancel your order before it’s left the building, we’ll arrange for a return. You’ll need to pay for any return shipping fees.

 

What is your return and refund policy?

We issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please email us within 30 days of getting your order, and include your order number.

 

How do I return my order?

Please return these to us within 14 working days of your purchase. We’ll then refund the amount you paid. We reserve the right to charge you for any return shipping fees. If you’re returning anything to us by post, please make sure it’s unused, and send it to address show in info page.
